Architecture not
as style - but as force
Presence, amplified. This is Architectonics.
Curiosity
Every project begins with a central idea - a quiet search for balance. We ask: “How much light is peace?” “How many meters is joy?” We believe spaces should be felt before they are understood. Driven by a geometric mystery meant to be explored. In the interplay of materials, daily rhythms, and the silent gestures of social life. In the atmosphere that emerges when form meets life.
Dwelling
Where others begin with form, we begin with presence. We do not impose a style - we uncover atmospheres. Our spaces are not recognized by their shapes, but by the way they make people feel. No two projects are alike, just as no life repeats itself. We work across hospitality, residential, and commercial projects - always seeking clarity between function and feeling. The essential. The human. The intangible.
If you believe space can be a tool, an experience, a gesture—let’s begin.

Our team
for design
Founded in Athens in 2020 by Dimitra Angelopoulou and Nikos Retiniotis, our architectural office operates across diverse scales – from urban and landscape design to residential, hospitality, and interior architecture. With extensive experience that spans from heritage restoration to international competitions and large-scale development, we approach architecture as both system and atmosphere. Our work negotiates between geometry and feeling, precision and intuition, materiality and life.
Dimitra Angelopoulou is an Architect Engineer (MSc, NTUA) with nearly 20 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Her practice ranges from the restoration of historical monuments to the development of resorts for international brands and complex urban schemes.
Nikos Retiniotis is an Architect Engineer (MSc, Cardiff University – WSA) with over 15 years of professional experience. He has led both design and construction processes across a wide range of project scales and was part of award-winning teams in international competitions, including the Indian Heritage Museum in Singapore (3rd place) and the Ambassador’s Residence in Beijing (2nd place).
DN arc is built on a collaborative model – drawing from the strengths of its founding partners and an extended network of designers, engineers, and specialists. Our aim is to produce architecture that is contemporary yet grounded, quiet yet powerful – spaces that function as reference points and amplify the presence of life.
